2009 NCAA Football Rankings, Week 10

Well, it happened... Iowa finally lost. And collectively we all lost the chance to see one heck of a BCS disaster this year. However, the rankings this week are pretty interesting. Both non BCS teams, TCU and Boise St. are in the #1 and #2 positions. Iowa, having just lost, is somehow still ahead of Florida, who hasn't. I may be weighting quality wins a little high.
